About Precise
Precise Financial Management Services, a world-leading firm with over 27 years of experience managing A/E companies, is conducting an industry compensation survey. We have provided this survey for our 70+ NYC firms, and 600+ firms around the world, and we are now opening it to outside firms for the first time in 2023.
Our expertise within the A/E industry allows us to identify the important compensation metrics, which will enable participants to make better-informed decisions.
What is Unique about Precise Survey?
Instead of casting a broad geographic scope (i.e the Northeast), Precise Survey focuses on specific metropolitan areas, to ensure a more accurate product. This year’s survey is exclusive to NYC.
Instead of participant self-reported information, Precise team reviews and qualifies all data.
Data Accuracy
Other survey’s use arbitrary firm titles to compare employee compensation. Precise uses the employees’ “Years of Industry Experience”, which is the only true dry data point that can be used to compare individuals.

Precise complies the above data and will meet with each participant to review the findings.
$1,500 (Up to 15 employees) + $50 per each additional employee.
